Update service
QUIPSY is regularly revised and expanded. Many changes in standards and in the field of IT result in a high rate of innovation. QUIPSY takes this into account with a clear and comprehensible release policy. Not every trend is implemented immediately - in the interests of the standards to be adhered to, it is checked whether a trend becomes a standard and only then is this technology actually used.
QUIPSY Service also offers workshops, system analyses, installations and training. The wide range of training and services ensures that every user has optimum command of their program. It goes without saying that training courses are carried out taking customer-specific requirements into account.
The use of a CAQ system is as good as its service. Particularly during the introductory phase, it is necessary for the user to have a “good connection” to the manufacturer. They can help him quickly and competently, regardless of whether it is a software error or a user problem. QUIPSY Service is also the first point of contact for all maintenance services.
